The Meetup

Chris Stone will give us insight on how to continuously improve retrospectives in the “50 shades of retrospectives” meetup.

Or to put it in his own words:

“An interactive exploration of Chris Stones top tips, strategums, flim flams, agile hacks and otherwise for enabling continuous improvement.
Choose your own adventure and influence which direction the session goes in.
This session could be delivered 50 times and each time would be different.”

You’ll learn about everything from setting the environment for continuous improve, to how to turn insights into action.
Essentially, you choose where you want to focus – Foundations, Facilitation, Formats or Finishing up, we use the time available to explore ideas, insights and recommendations on how to continuously improve.

Who is Chris Stone? Chris Stone is a well-known agile coach from England. He has made a name for himself with blogposts, podcasts and videos on agile topics.
If you would like to learn more about Chris, take a look at his homepage: https://www.thevirtualagilecoach.co.uk/

What exactly do we intend to do with you?

At 5:50 pm we open the session for you and have 10 minutes for a tech check and warm-up.
The official start is at 6:00 pm, which is when the program for the evening begins.
We start with a short welcome, where we introduce you to the agenda of the evening.
After a little warm-up, where you can get to know each other a bit better, we will start the Meetup right away.

Come and join us.
We look forward to seeing you!

Your agile user group team

IMPORTANT:

We have a new form of registration exclusively via ticket. We’ve introduced an additional fee-based ticket category “Give a pledge” as a fundraiser. The donations from these ticket sales are collected there on a quarterly basis and the accumulated sum (minus ticket commission to Xing events) will be donated to a charitable purpose. We would be very happy if as many as possible would buy such a ticket 🙂 Of course you can still choose the all free category.

In the third quarter we donate the revenue to: “World Vision Deutschland e.V. -Help for children and families from Ukraine” (https://www.worldvision.de/spenden/katastrophenhilfe/ukraine)

Organizational information:
You will receive the URL of the video tool for participation in good time in advance.
The meetup will be moderated and accompanied by Mayflower.

We look forward to the Meetup and the exchange with you!
Afterwards there is again a short summary for all participants.
