 nChris Stone will give us insight on how to continuously improve retrospec
 tives in the "50 shades of retrospectives" meetup.\n\nOr to put it in his 
 own words:\n\n"An interactive exploration of Chris Stones top tips\, strat
 egums\, flim flams\, agile hacks and otherwise for enabling continuous imp
 rovement.\nChoose your own adventure and influence which direction the ses
 sion goes in.\nThis session could be delivered 50 times and each time woul
 d be different."\n\nYou'll learn about everything from setting the environ
 ment for continuous improve\, to how to turn insights into action.\nEssent
 ially\, you choose where you want to focus - Foundations\, Facilitation\, 
 Formats or Finishing up\, we use the time available to explore ideas\, ins
 ights and recommendations on how to continuously improve.\n\nWho is Chris 
 Stone? Chris Stone is a well-known agile coach from England. He has made a
  name for himself with blogposts\, podcasts and videos on agile topics.\nI
 f you would like to learn more about Chris\, take a look at his homepage:

 do with you?\n\nAt 5:50 pm we open the session for you and have 10 minutes
  for a tech check and warm-up.\nThe official start is at 6:00 pm\, which i
 s when the program for the evening begins.\nWe start with a short welcome\
 , where we introduce you to the agenda of the evening.\nAfter a little war
 m-up\, where you can get to know each other a bit better\, we will start t
 he Meetup right away.\n\nCome and join us.\nWe look forward to seeing you!
 \n\nYour agile user group team\n\nIMPORTANT:\n\nWe have a new form of regi
 stration exclusively via ticket. We've introduced an additional fee-based 
 ticket category "Give a pledge" as a fundraiser. The donations from these 
 ticket sales are collected there on a quarterly basis and the accumulated 
 sum (minus ticket commission to Xing events) will be donated to a charitab
 le purpose. We would be very happy if as many as possible would buy such a
  ticket :-) Of course you can still choose the all free category.\n\nIn th
 e third quarter we donate the revenue to: "World Vision Deutschland e.V. -
