Meetup:
Customers use products to solve problems in their lives, which means products should not be the sole focus of design. Instead, product design should prioritize the user experience, as the experience is what matters most when using a product. To achieve this, methods such as Jobs to Be Done and Storytelling are utilized to enhance the product experience and address user concerns.
In this talk, we will explore how a combination of approaches and techniques can create a more engaging product experience that meets user needs. By following an iterative process that prioritizes user experience, we can continue to create better products that truly resonate with our customers.
