Die OKR Focus Hour
In the OKR Focus Hour we invite you to join us in a Lean Coffee to discuss your questions, problems and issues you have with OKR.
You bring your topics, we prioritize them together and then go through them timeboxed, topic by topic.
With our OKR expertise from many years of our own application at MAYFLOWER as well as numerous consulting assignments, we would like to give you input on your topics. And of course we also want to connect the participants with each other and activate your wealth of experience through the Lean Coffee format – so that we leave the Focus Hour with more input, impulses and solution ideas.
As usual, you will receive a summary of the results as documentation afterwards.
This OKR Focus Hour will take place in ENGLISH.
IMPORTANT:
Participation remains free of charge. However, we have introduced an additional, chargeable ticket category “Give a pledge” as a fundraising campaign. There, we collect the donations from these ticket sales on a quarterly basis and will donate the accumulated sum (minus ticket commission to Xing events) to a charitable cause. We would be very happy if as many people as possible would buy such a ticket 🙂 Of course, you can still choose the 0 EUR category.
In the first quarter of 2023, donations will go to: Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e.V.- Winterhilfe.

The Lean Coffee will be moderated and accompanied by Mayflower.
